Jennifer L. Naegele Jennifer L. Naegele, a native of San Rafael, California, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences and Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University in 1998, where she was a member of the University Honors Program. Ms. Naegele obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco in 2004 as a Dean’s Scholar, graduating in the top 10% of her class with the honor of cum laude and obtaining a Public Interest Law Certificate. While at USF, Ms. Naegele authored a paper, What Is Wrong with Full-Fledged Water Privatization, on the human right to water and the impacts of global privatization trends, published in the Journal of Law and Social Challenges and presented to the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva, Switzerland. In addition, Ms. Naegele was an intern with California Indian Legal Services and served as a research assistant for two professors. She also co-founded the USF Equal Justice Society, was an active member of the Environmental Law Society, and competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
